You can also add individual email addresses to your Safe Recipients List. A recipient is the intended destination of a message. A recipient can be an individual mailbox or it can be a group.

For example, you might want to allow messages that are sent not only to you but also to a particular person. To add a recipient to the list, under Safe Recipients List , click the text box, type an email address or domain, and then click Add.

To modify a recipient in the list, select the recipient and then click Edit. To remove a recipient from the list, select the recipient and then click Remove. I am working a similar issue for a shared customer service folder. Have you reviewed the info on the Outlook Junk Filter:. I think it may be a possible cause, since the issue seems to be client-related. I am going to experiment with making sure this is turned off and see if messages still move to the junk folder. Service wants to get everything to inbox, since checking junk on the shared folder is a training hassle. Don't forget that there are always two junk filters as work: the one in Office Outlook and the one on your mail server.

No matter what the Office Outlook filter does, if the server thinks something is junk, it will put it into the Junk folder no matter what you tell Office Outlook.
